Welcome to Bellmade! Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our fitness training app. By accessing or using Bellmade, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
When you register for an account, purchase training programs, or subscribe to our app, we may collect personal information, including your name, email address, payment information, and profile information (such as profile picture and bio).
We collect information about how you use Bellmade, including the training programs you access, your progress and activity data, device information (such as device type and operating system), and log information (such as access times and pages viewed).
We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, process your transactions and manage your subscriptions, personalize your experience, communicate with you including updates and promotional materials, monitor and analyze usage to improve our app, and protect the security and integrity of our platform.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties except with your consent, to third-party service providers who assist us in operating our app (who agree to keep this information confidential), when required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information, including encryption, access controls, and secure server environments. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Account and profile data (such as your name, email, and profile information) is retained while your account remains active. Activity and progress data (such as your workouts and training history) is retained while your account is active so we can provide your history and statistics. Payment records are retained by our payment processors as required to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.
When you delete your account (Settings → Account → Delete Account), we immediately remove your login credentials and erase personal information such as your username, profile photo, and body metrics. Some activity data may be retained in an anonymized form (no longer linked to you) for analytics and to maintain the integrity of aggregate statistics. Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
You may request deletion of your data at any time as described in the section below.
You have the following rights regarding your personal information: Access (request access to your personal information), Correction (request to correct inaccurate information), Deletion (request deletion of your information, subject to legal obligations), Objection (object to processing in certain circumstances), and Data Portability (request a copy in a machine-readable format).
To delete your account and personal data, open the Bellmade app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
